Leadership
Timothé Makanzu - Founder & Principal Advisor
Timothé Makanzu is a PMP-certified project management professional and the Founder of Motema Sports. He holds a Sports Management Professional Certificate from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with a minor in Business, combining project governance expertise with organizational and commercial insight.

He has working experience with the Fédération de Soccer du Québec and in operations and project management roles with SV La Fama, bringing both institutional and club-level perspective to sports development initiatives.

Through Motema Sports, he supports institutions, federations, and clubs in structuring and delivering sports projects and partnerships with clarity, governance, and long-term value.
